Everywhere in Indoensia you will find road side food stalls selling every imaginable thing possible. We have a friend who sells fried tofu at his food stall. This type of stall is portable and is called a “Kaki Lima” (5 legs–two wheels on the cart, a single stand/leg on one end, and the man who pushes it has two more legs–5 in all).

Though the Kaki Lima’s are designed to be portable, it is common for them to become permanent, with the wheels being cemented to the sidewalk or road (like the one in the below video).
